何萍 博士,中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所二级研究员。国际植物营养研究所(IPNI)中国项目部主任。973计划首席科学家,美国普渡大学博士生研究生指导小组成员。中国植物营养与肥料学会理事和化学肥料专业委员会主任。1998年获中国农业科学院研究生院植物营养学专业博士学位,2001年至2003年日本北海道大学JSPS特别研究员。一直从事作物营养与施肥基础和应用基础研究,在作物营养生理和作物高效施肥方面取得突破性进展。如揭示作物营养与叶片衰老及其与作物病害的关系及其机理,为作物高产高效和通过作物营养学手段防治作物病害理论依据和实践指导;针对我国集约化地区化肥用量过高和不科学施用等问题,研究提出了基于作物产量反应和农学效率的推荐施肥方法。何萍先后主持完成了国家重点基础研究计划(973计划)项目“肥料减施增效与农田可持续利用基础研究”、国家自然科学基金、国际科学基金和国际合作项目等18项课题。作为主要完成人,获省部级科技进步一等奖2项,二等奖2项,以第一作者出版专著《集约化农田减肥增效理论与实践》1部(科学出版社,2012年)1部,共发表学术论文106篇。获 “中央国家机关十大杰出青年”、“全国三八红旗手”等荣誉。作为IPNI中国项目部主任,还负责我国东北和华北地区的养分管理和高效施肥方面研究工作。
